Psychadelic folk and rock trailblazers continue their pattern of playing small venues when touring through Montana.

Kikagaku Moyo came with their friends and label-mates Minami Deutsch, which, as the name would suggest, a kraut-rock group.

The all-Japanese bill marked almost a year to the date since Kikagaku Moyo toured through Montana, stopping and playing a last-minute show at Missoula’s VFW. You can read an article about their last Montana gig here.

Moyo’s drummer and songwriter Go Kurosawa busted out the acoustic guitar for a couple songs, enchanting the venue with some of the folkier songs like “White Moon.”
