When she’s not chilling in her awesome van listening to Doomtree, Jess is chilling at KBGA avoiding her journalism homework. If you know any good female rappers, she wants to hear about them. Her main goal in life is to convince everyone in Missoula volunteer at KBGA.

Hey, I’m Mel! I’m a senior in the journalism school at UM and I love coffee, podcasts, reading the news, discovering new music and KBGA! I’ve been a DJ for two years and am stoked to continue working at a community radio station!

Ellis is a Creative Writing major with a heart of gold and no drivers' license. Intends to keep KBGA weird, but let him know if this website is looking busted.
Natalie Schmidt Office Manager

Hi, I am Natalie and I am the Office Manager at KBGA for this year! I am originally from Minnesota and an Elementary Education major at the University. When I hope on the radio waves, I am known as DJ Short since I am 5ft tall, and I usually play EDM, Indie (all versions of it), and Alternative rock, cause' those are the types of music I gravitate toward the most. A fun fact about me is that I have never been swimming in the sea, but I am hoping to change that soon. I am super excited to be apart of the KBGA team and be able to get to know the people of Missoula even more!
Audrey Daniels Business Manager

I am Audrey and this is my first year as KBGA’s business manager. I am a senior finishing up both a music and environmental studies degree. You can catch me at the music building or in local Montana symphonies shredding bassoon. Things that I think are cool include cats, music, art, hot sauce, the color yellow, books of all kinds, plants and KBGA.

After a short sabbatical, Brenna is psyched to come back to the KBGA fam as the Outreach Coordinator. She has spent the last 21 years getting to know Missoula & is ready to use that knowledge to spread the Good Word ™ of KBGA by further engaging the music-lover community here in Zoo Town. Gif Master, extraordinaire. Hopes to attend the Forester’s Ball someday.
