For his 2022 Halloween special, Ian dressed up Sounds Like Teen Spirit in costume as an '80s-themed show and put together a full-on '80s playlist, including several artists that would normally never get featured on the program like Black Flag and Talking Heads. Even the album reviews in this one are '80s-themed, as Ian reviews the new albums from The Cult, the Pixies, Queensrÿche and the Red Hot Chili Peppers and plays a song from each.
